which means we go to the college every chance we get and hop on mr. t1 line.
but anyways, things are looking good for us so far. my wonderful momma that got back from her month long hiatus in europe has sent me not 1, not 2, but 6 care packages. i'm just glad i was able to give her another reason to shop, though a shopper doesn't need a reason. and my grandma is getting stuff together to send me a package or two, so i won't be needing to shop for food for quite some time it looks like. woot woot.
onto another subject, pan's labyrinth, or el laberinto del fauno.
i drug adam with me to see it (as he drug me the previous night to see ghost rider, where i promptly fell asleep..) a couple weeks ago. and oh my god. this has got to be one of the best movies i have ever seen. i was a touch disappointed though to learn that there was no relation between pan and the god pan.
but anyways, this movie has sparked the foreign film enthusiast in me and now i'm on a quest to watch all of the devil's backbone and as many subtitled films as possible.
this might prove difficult though, as i only have a computer to watch movies on....

As for foreign films, I've got a few recommendations along the lines of bizarre French films if you're so inclined. :) If you want a good movie to discuss, you should watch Cache. The cinematics are intelligent, and the plot is really complex. YUMMMM
Ma Vie en Rose is also reeeeeeeeeeally good.
To remedy your lack of tv... Netflix is a really good idea. They do this instant gratification deal where you can watch certain movies immediately. *They have yoga, too. :)
